Red Wines
Marquette
Marquette is the latest new grape developed form the U of M. We are very excited with this new varietal. It is a descendant from the Pinot Noir. Marquette is a complex wine combining aromas of spice, cherry and blackberry, with a light oak finish. Pairs well with grilled meats. Order Wine
2010 Marquette Reserve
A complex, full body, smooth wine with hints of vanilla and smoke from lengthy aging in American oak Barrels. There is spice, cherry, and blackberry flavors that leave a soft feel in the mouth. Order Wine
2010 Frontenac Reserve
Solid, full body wine with a distinct cherry nose. The Frontenac carries the rich cherry and chocolate flavor notes and has been compared to Syrah. Aged in American oak to give a smoky/earthy balance. This wine pairs well with robust food, hearty pasta, grilled steak, or wild game. Order Wine
Sweet Elegance
This is the Frontenac Grape finished semi sweet, the finish is smooth and elegant with a flavor of blackberry and cherry. Order Wine
Blush
Frontenac Rose'
This wine won a silver medal at the International Wine Competition in 2009!
Made from Frontenac grapes fermented off the skin yielding a semi-sweet, crisp, fruity wine with significant cherry coming through. It is a soft and beautiful rose color. Serve chilled for a refreshing summer glass of wine. Pairs well with appetizers, cheese, grilled foods, and pasta. Order Wine
Class Act
“Limited Edition” this wine is made from four unique grapes, Frontenac Gris, Bluebell, Valiant, and King of the North. Enjoy the sweet tang of red grapefruit. Order Wine
White Wines
Frontenac Gris - Valley Mist
The grape is an unexpected, yet welcome mutation of the Frontenac. This wine has a delicate, yet complex taste structure with notes of apricot and tropical fruit, and has an elegant, creamy finish, restrained by a refreshing crispness that makes it very food-friendly. Order Wine
Bella Oak
This is our Frontenac Gris Valley Mist that was aged in an oak barrel for six months. It has the same fruity flavor as the Valley Mist with a subtle oak flavor in the front. Order Wine
Brianna Breeze
This is an Elmer Swenson variety that is now grown in many local vineyards. It produces a lovely fruity semi-sweet white with hints of apricot, peach, honey, and a big pineapple finish. Pairs well with light fish, grilled white meat, salads and spicy dishes. Order Wine
Prairie Star
This is a semi-sweet wine with a long pleasing finish. Prairie Star has delicious aromas of honey, apple, and pear. Enjoy a relaxing sit on the deck, with or without food, but certainly with this crisp and refreshing wine. Order Wine
Lacrescent
This is a high quality northern white grape that was developed by the U of M. A semi-sweet table wine with lots of citrus and tropical fruit flavors. Pairs well with salmon. Order Wine
Saranna
A blend of Brianna and St. Pepin. It is an off-dry wine with a light body. You will notice a citrisy flavor with aromas of pineapple, grapefruit and apricot. We named the wine in honor of our granddaughters, Sara and Arianna. Goes well with fish, salads and light appetizers. Order Wine
Dessert Wines
Razzy Dazzle Dessert Wine
Our dessert wine is made from our Marquette Rose and enhanced with natural raspberry and chocolate flavoring. Just enough sweetness to finish a nice meal. Serve well chilled. Order Wine
Frontenac Port - Chocolate Lab
Made from 100% of our Frontenac grape, this is a delicious sweet fortified dessert wine. It has an abundance of jammy berry fruit and the rich flavor enhanced by the warm addition of brand and national chocolate flavor. Enjoy sipping a glass all on it’s own at the end of a great meal. Order Wine
